Lindsey Hunter was appointed Director of the Division of Administrative Law on July 1, 2026. She previously served as DAL's General Counsel from 2017 until her appointment as director. Before joining DAL, she was General Counsel for the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry and served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana. Lindsey earned her Juris Doctor from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center and her bachelor's degree from Samford University.
